Orders are shipped with ACS Courier throughout Greece and to Cyprus.
Delivery time: usually 3–4 working days (indicative).
Shipping costs
Greece: €3.50 for orders under €62.
Free shipping within Greece for orders of €62 or more.
Cyprus: €10 for every order. Minimum order value €100.
The €62 and €100 thresholds apply to the value of the products including VAT, after any coupon discount. The shipping cost is shown in the cart and at checkout, before you place your order.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available for deliveries in Greece only. If you choose it, a €2.50 fee is added, also on orders with free shipping. It appears at checkout as soon as you select this payment method.
If the cash-on-delivery amount is over €499, it can only be paid by card: at the ACS store in your area, or to the courier on delivery if they carry a card terminal.
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is left at the ACS store, ACS keeps it for up to 5 working days. If it is not collected within that time, it is returned to us.
Delays
If your order cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or strikes), we will contact you to let you know and ask whether you would like us to complete it.
